Safety

Safety in Baltimore city

Our hotel and the congress venue are located very close to Baltimore City Center, in the Inner Harbor area. This is generally considered a safe area, but please take the following precautions:

  • Stick to the congress area: The Inner Harbor have heavy foot traffic and strong security. Avoid wandering into rougher residential areas, particularly west and east of downtown.
  • When in public: Don’t walk alone and keep your valuables out of sight on the street.
  • Transportation: Always utilize taxi services (Uber etc.).
